Participation Report
Finally, you carried out the communication talking about the survey and we started the surveys, but are people answering?
In the left side menu, you can access in reports the participation menu (reports - > participation), if you prefer you can click here.
In this area, we can view some crucial information:
Invited users: people we add to the platform who have received an invitation to participate in the engagement work.
Confirmed users: people who received the invitation and created the account by accessing the platform.
Respondent users: people who have received the invitation, created an account, and recently completed at least one survey (usually a user becomes inactive, i.e. non-respondent, if they stop responding to two surveys, by default this happens after 15 days).
It is very important to track the percentage of respondents in relation to invited and respondents in relation to confirmed ones.
Ideally, you should get a rate of at least 70% of invited respondents and at least 80% of confirmed respondents.
It is important to make it clear that when this result did not arrive at the percentage expected during the implementation process, we need to strengthen communication and seek to understand whether people can access the survey.
Recurring problems:
The person did not read the communication and did not attend the meetings;
It wasn't warned that the forwarded email would be by axel@teamculture.com.br and people can imagine it's a SPAM email;
The leader did not communicate or did not explain the importance of the surveys for the team;
People feel that their opinion does not matter and they have no interest in answering the survey;
The team leader did not show interest in the work to be done.
Very well, we managed to reach the desired percentage, but how do we keep the surveys up?
Major causes of a drop in participation:
My leader does not care about the opinions and suggestions from the feedbacks we write;
There is no actual work with the engagement scores;
No one answers my feedbacks;
Feedbacks answered without due attention and quality of response.
Congratulations! You've just learned how our participation report works.
