Engagement Report

How does the engagement report work?

Remembering that you can use the filter on the upper right side to access the groups that you have access permission (groups that you have been added as a manager in the group configuration or all groups in the case of access as administrator).

If you are still in doubt about how the group structure works, go to the article: structuring and creating groups.

Report generation: the report will always be updated within a range of 3 - 6 hours to ensure the preservation of people's anonymity.

It is important to note that we will always respect the number of respondents to bring an updated report, so be aware of the report generation date below the company/group engagement note. When the generation date is old, it means that within the last 90 days, you did not have enough respondents to ensure the generation of the report while respecting anonymity. It is probably important to review the participation rate in the participation report.

In this area, you can get a detailed view of each of the pillars of engagement, their factors, and questions.

Average engagement rate report

This is a grade of 0 to 10 which is an overall average of the 10 pillars of engagement, the metrics are filled in with the answers that employees give in the engagement survey.

It is calculated with a weighted average of the last 90 days, considering that the most recent grades have a greater weight than the oldest.

This is extremely important, especially because at the time people respond, their responses are influenced by their current feeling, so we have to create a balance in this perception since the
changes do not happen overnight. So this weighted average is to prevent the grade from changing without considering the perception over time.

Rule: for the report to be displayed, at least three different contributors must respond to the engagement survey.

View questions

When we click on the "view questions" button it is possible to have a greater detail of the answers. We can have a view by % of the detractors, passives, and promoters for each of the questions and have a view of the reliability rate of the question.

What is the reliability rate?

The reliability rate is based on the number of given question respondents. The higher the number of respondents, the higher the grade reliability. Considering this rate during studies is extremely important. If the reliability rate is low and your grade is 9.0, it may be that with more answers regarding that factor or question, that grade can change drastically.

Important: when a person skips a question there is a higher probability that the reliability rate of that question will be lower than the others.

eNPS - Employee Net Promoter Score

This indicator helps to understand the degree of employee satisfaction and loyalty.

This grade is calculated by considering the percentage of promoters and detractors, promoters are people who give a score from 9 to 10, and detractors from 0 to 6.
