To create a new cycle
The first step to setting up the platform is creating work cycles to configure the hierarchy, entity, and other information.
To add a new cycle, click on '+Add Cycle' in the performance account settings tab.
t, the configuration screen will be displayed. Here you can define the cycle name, start and end dates, and the status.
In the status field, you can choose whether to activate it immediately or keep it archived. Right below, you can define a hierarchy, meaning you can link this cycle to an existing one.
The next step is to define the entities, and after completing everything, just save by clicking on 'New Cycle'.
In this first version of the hierarchy model, when a cycle is created, a standard platform structure will be used. This can be modified by contacting the TeamCulture Customer Success team.
However, it's already possible to configure which will be the default cycles for each entity type when they are created.
