Reliability rate
In the questions' area of the engagement report, there is a concept called reliability rate, used to understand the level of confidence concerning the grade being presented.
The reliability rate is based on the number of given question respondents. The higher the number of respondents, the higher the grade reliability. Considering this rate during studies is extremely important. If the reliability rate is low and your grade is 9.0, it may be that with more answers regarding that factor or question, that grade can change drastically.
Important: when a person skips a question there is a higher probability that the reliability rate of that question will be lower than the others.
