Performance Account Settings
In this section, you can adjust crucial settings that directly impact your platform's performance module.
Calculation and Goal Context Settings
Here, you can define how the progress of entities is calculated, choosing between:
- Interpolated progress: considers sub-target, target, and super-target.
- Linear progress: calculation based on a weighted average.
All indicators (KR, KPI, and Sub-indicator) will have their calculation based on this setting, and you can only choose between linear and interpolated calculation. The progress configured here is exclusively for the indicator and does not impact the progress of the goal dashboard.
For Goal Context, the available options are:
- Interpolated progress and linear progress: as defined above.
- Progress steps: if an indicator doesn't reach a next milestone, it remains fixed at the lowest value achieved.
The calculation configured here is used for the progress calculation in the goal dashboard. This means it's possible for an entity to show one progress value, and the dashboard progress to show a different value.
You can choose between linear, interpolated, or progress steps.
If the entity's progress is interpolated, you can only work with interpolated or progress steps on the dashboard.
Additionally, you can activate or deactivate the KPI context, influencing how Key Performance Indicators are displayed and considered.

You have total flexibility to:
- Add new cycles as needed for your company.
