${color}[#000000](The OKR List View is one of the visualization options the platform offers, allowing for detailed tracking of registered entities, easier filtering, and multiple actions. This view is ideal for those who prefer a more structured and organized approach to goals, indicators, and objectives.
Entity Listing
The entity listing displays all relevant information for each OKR, distributed into specific columns to facilitate analysis and management.
Name Column: this column shows the entity type (Objective, Key Result, Initiative, etc.), the name, ID or code, the linked group, and the entity's category.
Involved Column: when you hover over this column, you'll see the people involved with the entity, including their name, profession, groups they're linked to, their role, and the indicator's weight for each person.
Work Step Column: this indicates the current stage of the entity in the process. These stages are pre-configured by the platform administrator.
Hierarchy Column: clicking here displays the hierarchy of entities associated with that specific entity, letting you see its broader context within the OKR structure.
Progress Column: this shows the percentage of progress the entity has made within the current cycle.
Cycle Column: this indicates which OKR cycle the entity is linked to.
Actions Column: this provides three main actions:
Editing the measurement model and the month-by-month values for the entity.
A complete view of the people linked to the entity.
Other options, including:
Entity details.
Duplicate entity.
Move entity.
Delete entity.
Reload Button: this refreshes the data for the filtered entities, ensuring your view always shows the most recent information.
Columns Configuration Button (+)
This button activates or deactivates columns displayed in the entity listing.
Filters for the List View
To make analysis more efficient, the platform allows for the use of various filters, enabling you to customize the display as needed. You'll find the filters on the right side of the screen.
Show Only Deleted Entities: this filter lets you toggle between displaying active or deleted entities.
Only entities with inactive people: Filters entities that have active or inactive people linked.
