Key Results in the FCA Dashboard View

The FCA (Fact, Cause, Action) View within the dashboards provides a detailed look at the performance of Key Results per objective. This feature offers an in-depth perspective on each Key Result (KR), simplifying analysis and strategic decision-making.

Information Available in the FCA View

Tools and Filters

• Search Entity: Allows you to locate a specific entity by name.
• Reload: Refreshes the displayed information for the entities.
• Filter: Filters Key Results by tag.
• Reference Month: Selects a specific month within the chosen cycle.
• Full Screen: Expands the view for a broader experience.
• Hide: Allows you to hide the Key Result view in the FCA View.
  

Key Result Details

This section provides detailed information about each Key Result:

• Entity: Displays the ID, name, group, and category of the entity being analyzed.
• Progress: Shows the KR's progress as a percentage (%).
• Unit: Presents the unit of measurement used for the KR.
• Actual: Displays the actual value achieved for the reference month.
• Planned: Shows the planned value for the reference month.
• FCA: Indicates the number of FCA Action Plans linked to the KR.
• Tactical KR Achievement: Shows the quantity of tactical KRs within a strategic KR, categorized by their status.

This functionality allows for detailed tracking of Key Result performance, enabling quick adjustments and greater assertiveness in strategic management.
