Intelligent Attributes and Demographic Reports

The Intelligent Attributes and Demographic Reports section was developed to streamline the process of segmenting company data and analyses. How does it work? It essentially functions as a super filter. For example, you can choose to view data by account or group and segment it for analysis by gender, tenure, age, position, and more.

However, it’s important to note that a minimum of 3 respondents is required across all selected segments. Why? Because the platform’s goal is to ensure respondent anonymity. Our focus is always on driving improvement actions, not on conducting a "witch hunt."

To clarify, let’s consider an example. Imagine you have 4 people in a group who fall into the 0-2 years of tenure category, and in the same group, there is 1 person who falls into the more than 2 years of tenure category. When you apply the filter for this group, the data for the 0-2 years category will not appear. Why? Because there isn’t a sufficient number of respondents in the more than 2 years category. As a result, the respondent could potentially be identified by exclusion.

Important: This rule applies to each individual filter and to the combination of selected filters. This is to prevent the risk of anonymity breaches, which could compromise the integrity of the respondents' answers.
