How to log in to the platform using your email

Hello, how are you?

Today we will teach you how to log in to your TeamCulture account using your email, so you can answer your weekly engagement surveys.

First, you will access our website: https://teamculture.com.br/

And click on LOG IN, in the upper right corner of the screen. As below picture shows:



By clicking the LOG IN button, you will see this screen:



Simply access the platform using your email, registered password and that's it, you can start answering your surveys.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the Forgot Password button or click on the link https://app.teamculture.com.br/login/password.

You will see this screen:



When you enter your email, you will receive an email from axel@teamculture.com.br to register a new password.

The email you will receive is like the one in the picture below:



You can reset your password by directly clicking the Reset Password button or you can copy the email description link and paste it into your browser.
