It's time for engagement surveys. Anyway, how does this survey work?
After people receive the invitation to finalize their registration, they start by answering ten quantitative questions and one qualitative question. Click here to know the question formats.
We should point out that the questions of the platform are not random, the system will always understand which question should be sent at that moment to that person, mainly to generate a balance with a good reliability rate of the pillars, factors, and questions. The platform does not work like a conventional market pulse survey, where we choose themes with a set of questions to send at a given time. It is smart enough to know what to ask people by bringing a 360° view that is usually only possible in a traditional climate/engagement survey by conducting a questionnaire with several questions.
Therefore, it is the perfect way to get a view of organizational climate in real-time regularly, without having to look in the past and taking a gigantic time to structure an action plan.
When we are finishing the survey, the last quantitative question will help determine the format of the qualitative question.
When we positively answer this question, a qualitative question will be presented to understand our vision. This is very useful because leaders and HR can use this answer to use that opinion, applying that person's vision to reinforce something and improve the pillars of engagement of the team or even the company.
The same goes for when we answer that question negatively. However, we will have a constructive qualitative question that intends to listen to people's opinions to understand how we can improve.
Yes, quantitative and qualitative feedbacks are 100% anonymous. In this last question of the questionnaire, if the person feels at ease, they can click the button and remove the anonymity, but only if they want to do so.
In addition to capturing the opinion of employees, this qualitative feedback is sent to a feedback area to the group manager. There, the person is linked and this feedback can be viewed by all leaders within the group hierarchy structure. Remember that the administrator of the account has a view of all the feedbacks.
By default, the survey is sent weekly. This is a good practice since we only consider a user as non-respondent if he/she stays two surveys without responding to it. So we created the incentive for answering the questionnaire weekly, but the person only becomes inactive after 15 days.
From the second survey onwards, people will receive only five quantitative questions and one qualitative question.
