Demographic Attributes

The Demographic Attributes section was developed to facilitate the segmentation and analysis of company data. Think of it as a super filter that allows you to view data from an account or group and segment it by criteria such as gender, length of service, age, position, among others.

List of Demographic Attributes

Ensuring Anonymity

To ensure respondent anonymity, the platform requires a minimum of 3 respondents in the total of all selected segments. This is crucial for focusing on improvement actions and avoiding a "witch hunt."

Example of Functionality

Let's look at a practical example:

Imagine a group with 4 people who have 0-2 years of service and 1 person who has more than 2 years of service. If you apply the 0-2 years filter, the data will not be displayed. This happens because there is not the minimum number of respondents in the more than 2 years category. This way, we prevent respondents from being identified by exclusion.

Filter Combination Rules

The anonymity rule applies both to each individual filter and to the combination of selected filters. This ensures the privacy of respondents is maintained, guaranteeing the accuracy of the responses.

Registering Demographic Attributes

You can register the name and values of each demographic attribute, considering translation into other languages. This facilitates the adaptation of the platform to different cultural and linguistic contexts.

Usage Example

In the engagement module, we can use the right-hand side filter to segment results.

Conclusion

Demographic Attributes are a powerful tool for segmenting and analyzing company data, enabling deeper insights and more targeted actions. With the guarantee of anonymity and the flexibility to create and translate attributes, you can adapt the analysis to the specific needs of your organization, ensuring data privacy and accuracy.
