# Managing People

## Managing People in the Settings Screen

In the settings screen, you can easily manage all the people in your company. Here's how to maximize the use of this functionality:

### Registering People

When registering a new person, you can provide various essential details:

* **Photo**: Add an image for easy identification.
* **Code**: Create a unique code for the person.
* **Name**: Enter the full name.
* **E-mail**: Add the email address.
* **Phone**: Provide the phone number.
* **Permission Groups**: Define access groups.
* **Direct Leadership**: Indicate the direct leader.
* **Profession**: Specify the profession.
* **Demographic Attributes**: Add relevant demographic information.

### Group Assignment

You can assign the person to specific groups, determining the role they play in each. This facilitates the management of permissions and responsibilities.

### Important Rules

- **Name, code, and phone**: These fields must be unique.
- **Demographic attributes**: Must be pre-registered in the system.

### Person Classifications

People on the platform can have different classifications based on their status:

* **Guest**: A person added and invited to join the platform.
* **Confirmed**: A person who accepted the invitation, registered, and logged in.
* **Inactive**: A temporary status used for vacations, medical leave, etc.
* **Deleted**: When a professional leaves the company and their access is removed.

### Data Anonymization

To ensure compliance with LGPD, it is possible to anonymize a professional's data. In this case, in addition to being deleted, the data is scrambled to protect privacy.
