Global Indicators

In this guide, we will explain how the Benchmark feature of the platform works. This feature was designed to provide comparisons of the results for each indicator, both internally, within groups of the same account, and externally, with other accounts.

Our approach is rooted in the philosophy of continuous improvement. Therefore, the Benchmark feature aims to provide insights that encourage a deeper understanding of why certain groups excel in specific indicators. It's about learning from those who are leading the way!

Now, let’s walk through how to use the Benchmark feature.

In the image below, you’ll notice that the graphs for each indicator follow a standard format. They always display your score, where you stand, and how you compare with the account score (the account score is the average score of all groups within that account, including your group). Additionally, the graph compares your score with the market average, which reflects the average score of all accounts using our platform.

Important: If you are viewing from the account perspective rather than the group perspective, you will only see the comparison between the account and the market.

In addition to the graph view above, there’s another graph below that allows you to navigate through historical data. Just click on "Full Report."

You may have noticed the "diamond" symbol in the "Engagement Average" image. This symbol represents your group's ranking within the TeamCulture ranking system, which is structured as follows:

Top 10% = Culture Champion
Top 20% = Diamond
Top 35% = Platinum
Top 50% = Gold
Top 65% = Silver
Others = Bronze

Note: This ranking is generated based on all companies using TeamCulture. It is updated daily and helps you see how your group’s performance compares to the market.

Regarding the ranking, if you click on the "Ranking" tab at the top of the page next to "Indicators," you will see information about the top 10 accounts and your position for each indicator on the platform. If you click the button shown in the image below, you’ll see information about the top 10 groups within the account your group belongs to and your position within that internal ranking.
