Analytical Opinions Report
The Analytical Opinions Report section provides valuable information to help you analyze opinions. In the first block of the section (see image below), you can view the total number of "answered opinions" for the selected period, the total number of "opinions" for the period, the number of open opinions, and how many have been concluded during the period.
Note: The period is determined by your selection in the filter, which appears at the top of the page in this section.
In the second block of the section, you have access to the "Constructive and Positive Opinions per Pillar." How does it work? This report allows you to analyze how many positive and constructive opinions each of the 10 Engagement Pillars received, as well as "Open Opinion" entries for the period. "Open Opinion" refers to opinions submitted at the end of the engagement survey, where a direct conversation is initiated (not tied to a specific question within the survey).
In the third block of the section, you can analyze "opinion ratings" (see image below), which shows the number of ratings by classification for the period—these are the "faces" explained in the Received Opinions material. If you haven’t reviewed it yet, we recommend doing so. Also in the third block, you can see the average response time for an opinion during the period, i.e., how long it takes on average for a manager to respond after a group member submits an opinion. Lastly, you can view the average time to close opinions during the period—from the moment an opinion is opened by a group member until it is closed (when the manager clicks "conclude opinion," indicating that the "ticket" has been resolved).
In the fourth and final block of the section, you have access to the "tag cloud." This displays the tags that were used most frequently during the period. To understand how tags work, see the explanatory material on How to Interact with Received Opinions
