Action Plan Analytical Report

The Analytical Report section provides valuable information to help you analyze the Action Plan. In the first block of the section (see image below), you can view the total number of "Action Plans Created" during the period, the total number of "Action Plans Successfully Completed" during the period, and the total number of "Action Plans Expired" during the period.

Note: The period is determined by your selection in the filter, which appears at the beginning of the page in this section.

In the second block of the section, you have access to the "Status Report by Type of Action Plan." How does it work? This report allows you to analyze how many action plans were completed, how many are expired, and how many are still open (in progress) during the period. All of this is categorized by key factors in the engagement development process, such as Organizational Climate and Organizational Culture. To learn how to create an action plan for each of these areas, see the explanatory material Action Plan.

Also in the second block, you have access to the "Status Report by Person." This report shows the status of tasks—how many were completed, how many are still open, and the total number of tasks for the period—broken down by the person responsible.

In the third block, you can analyze the "Quantity Plan by Status," which shows the proportion of each status of the action plans created—how many are completed, overdue, and open during the period. You can also assess the proportion of action plans that were successful versus those that were unsuccessful during the period. See the images below.

Finally, still in the third block, you can also see the "Average Resolution Time of the Plan," which shows how long, on average, an action plan takes to be completed during the period. Additionally, the "Average Task Completion Time" indicates how long, on average, a task within an action plan takes to be completed during the period.
