Segmentation of Intelligent Pillars

The Segmentation of Intelligent Pillars, a component of the Organizational Climate metrics, includes key metrics that significantly impact group engagement. These metrics are:

Innovation Culture
Burnout Risk
Diversity

It’s important to note that the Segmentation of Intelligent Pillars utilizes the same survey as the 10 Employee Engagement Pillars. As a result, some questions from the 10 Pillars are also linked to the Intelligent Pillars. To identify which questions are associated with each Intelligent Pillar metric, please refer to the explanatory material for each one. We also recommend reviewing the explanatory material for the 10 Employee Engagement Pillars.

Because the Intelligent Pillars are closely tied to the 10 Pillars, they cannot be analyzed in isolation. A comprehensive understanding requires analyzing the broader context of the other metrics.

Additionally, the scores for each of the Intelligent Pillars are categorized in the same way as the 10 Pillars, using three classifications:

Score >= 0 and < 5 (red color) indicates a low score that requires your attention.
Score >= 5 and < 7 (yellow color) indicates an average score with room for improvement.
Score >= 7 and <= 10 (green color) indicates a good score that should be maintained.

This pillar was developed to enhance the intelligence of your analyses, as research on engagement has evolved, providing a deeper understanding of the impact of specific factors. Consequently, these three metrics that make up the Segmentation of Intelligent Pillars are given special emphasis.
