How to tell about TeamCulture deployment to employees

Communication is a fundamental step to success, people need to understand why we are going to start this work and what benefit it will bring to them.

First, we have to keep in mind these 3 main points to success:

1 - That the company is doing it for them.

2 - They must have the interest to respond honestly and regularly.

3 - The company is using a third-party product to ensure and respect people's anonymity.

4 - Reinforce that we will work to improve engagement continuously, for this we need the contribution of people with suggestions of actions of what we can do.

To get off to a good start, we recommend that you first send an email explaining how this platform will benefit them. Also talking about scheduling a meeting to explain how we will use the platform and their role during this process.

Subject: [Deployment] - A platform to help strengthen engagement and our culture.

Hello, everybody, how are you?

Early next week we will be launching a new platform called TeamCulture, which will capture all your feedback continuously to help improve our company's engagement and culture.

With TeamCulture you will have the opportunity to give voice to your opinion by continuously answering an engagement survey that takes about 1 to 2 minutes, and be part of building an amazing work environment.

On the week of _(release date)_, you will receive an invitation to join TeamCulture (axel@teamculture.com.br). After accepting the invitation you will respond to your engagement survey. This survey will be sent regularly and, with this, you will have the opportunity to give your sincere and 100% anonymous feedback.

I imagine that now you must have some questions.

What do I have to do?

Simply answer a few questions a week that TeamCulture will send to you, it won't take
more than 2 minutes of your time!

Are my answers anonymous?

Yes! All answers are aggregated anonymously within the scores to help us understand what needs to be improved. And qualitative feedback will always appear on behalf of the anonymous user.

Our main goal is to make _(Company Name)_ an incredible workplace and we count on your participation to achieve this goal.

If you have any further questions, you can ask me that I will help you.

Thank you very much!

🔰 How to conduct the meeting with employees
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Gather your employees and explain how much their opinion matters, ensuring your self-evolution as a leader and making your company an amazing place to work.

A very important point is anonymity, which is why we want to reinforce that TeamCulture takes this issue very seriously!

It is worth highlighting for your team:

Individual answers are never shown, only aggregated into reports through metrics for leaders to understand how their teams are doing;

When your team gives feedback (in writing), it will be anonymous by default. However, for every feedback your team gives, the person who is writing the feedback can disable the "anonymous" button. Only in this case, the leaders can see the name of the collaborator.

To protect anonymity, feedback is only shown in groups/teams that have more than 3 collaborators (check your account configuration, this field is configured from 3 to more collaborators). If your group has less, it will be shown to the group that is above in the group structure hierarchy.

If a contributor goes too long without answering a survey, they will go to a list of inactive employees and may receive emails asking for more participation.

TeamCulture respects the strictest information protection protocols.

Play open! Share the 3-minute video showing how the platform works and how you'll see team results and feedback.
