How to make payment via credit card
Hello, how are you?
Today we will learn how to carry out payment through the credit card through the platform.
First, have you already created your account? If not click here to see how to create your account.
Once you've created your account, it's time to unlock your licenses by paying within the platform. First, we will go to the Admin > Payments page, or if you prefer you can access this link: https://app.teamculture.com.br/account
And this screen will appear:
When this screen appears, we will click on "VIEW PLANS", the following screen will appear:
Now we will click on GET CORPORATE
When we click on "get corporate" you will see the screen below:
Here you will inform us how many licenses you want. We can choose to continue with the monthly basic plan or we can continue with the annual basic plan that will appear with the yellow button at the bottom right of the screen.

When you click "Continue", a screen will appear where you must fill in the payment information:
When filling in all the data, just click on the "finish" button, if the payment is approved the number of licenses you requested will be released 😁
It is worth noting that for payment via "boleto" and the advanced plan is necessary that you contact through the side chat 😉
Note: we do not accept AMEX cards.
